In an effort to see the truth this week, you are attempting to control the outcome. It’s like trying to hold water in your hand. It’s impossible. You might only slow the inevitable.
The answer is to discover more of who you are. Not to dig into the reasons or motives of everyone around you. The more you focus on yourself, the more you’ll see how you’re the creator of your own reality.
This requires not only an awareness of self, but to acknowledge there’s reconditioning to experience. And then the reconditioning process can take roughly 7 years.
I don’t put that out to be daunting, but to be realistic. Habits and patterns take a while to change. So does releasing the layers of expectations that others have put on you. (And if you’re my age, that’s a lot to get through!)
